"A proper and balanced diet is the key to health! Eat healthy, boost your immunity, brain and psyche!" - You've probably heard this before. But what does it mean? Is it true that food isn't what it used to be? How can we not fall for fashion trends and combine foods correctly to get everything we need in sufficient quantities? With Ing. Hana Střítecká, Ph.D., from the Department of Preventive Medicine, we will look at which nutrients we lose during the production or culinary process, and which ones we add to our food or which ones are added to our food. The lecture will be held in Czech language.
