Women today have higher education than men, yet they earn significantly lower wages. How do these inequalities arise in the labor market and what role does parenthood play in this? Why are Czech mothers worse off than mothers in other European countries and what needs to be done to change this? Economist Filip Pertold provides the answers in his short lecture.
